Looking @ this company after seeing on CNBC, nice dividend but only 1m in cash ?? damn I've got that!! I expected to see a lot of debt since they are paying a huge dividend. Zero debt is good but a mere million is a red flag.
If you have a million I suggest you put it in your mattress since your understanding of LNCO shows you shouldn't be in the stock market. LNCO is nothing more than a pass through vehicle. It is not an operating company. It's only assets are shares of LINE, an MLP. Once a month it gets a distribution from LINE and the next day passes the distribution on to it's shareholders. It doesn't need more than a minimal amount of cash to cover it's administrative expenses. GLTA
Hey, cut me some slack ! I'm just running through some stock picks from analyst, it's fair to mention that this company has caused some confusion with the 2 ticker symbols that I wasn't aware of. I didn't realize it was an MLP , but LNCO is a regular 1099 & easier to own. PS: I've made 120k this year in stocks. Happy Holidays
