Chipper - My recent questions and concerns about Star

    1. Are there any investors (long or short) that have experience with companies being investigated by the US Attorneys office? To me it seems a big deal. I may be wrong, but I have not seen a post here that tells me otherwise.

    2. Do you feel that Stars potential with Tobacco patents should be considered as potential revenue? I do not anymore. First off there has been no movement despite the fact that new litigation takes effect soon. Second it has been proven with Stars loss that Big T is in no hurry to sign on with Star. My thought is that it would have happened soon after the settlement. If anyone has opinions or facts to counter that, please post.

    3. Do other investors have concerns about Stars current market cap vs expected 2013 revenues? If not, why? If its simply because you don’t care about short term don’t bother, Im just looking for reasons why you believe Star will stay above $1 a share over the next 6-9 months. Just to answer you chipper, what changed for ME was the fact that they did not get any Tobacco revenue. Also I no longer believe they will get Tobacco licensing. Thus my revenue vs current market cap model changed.

    4. Does anyone have input concerning the Use Patent. Someone posted on the private board that many of the ailments have now been removed from the Use patent application, specifically cancers, Alzheimer’s, cardio among others. I have verified this. Thyrioditis was ADDED which is GREAT, but the removal of the others is concerning, especially Alzheimer’s. This is a risk that I feel is often not taken into account so anyone who has experience or opinions on the issue is appreciated.
