In the past year lNG has gone from 70 mil shares outstanding.... to Close to 150 million after this offering....
Last month LNG effectively sold 40% of their CQP holding because of the dilution there..
When I laughed at that... and said just wait for the next round of dilution...
I of course was ridiculed by the resident shills.. (you know who you are)
Mark my words... before these exports plants are finished being built LNG will own even less of CQP because of dilution there... which will of course affect the revenue stream at LNG
but this will have 500 million shares outstanding on its ownby then
when the bottom falls out this wont be a $2 stock...
Don't be a fool and be a bag holder
By the way your talk of a cut or suspension of the CQP distribution is just more of your fear spreading. A favorite tactic of shorts like you.
Its speculating on a possible negative...
no different than all the positve speculating you do thru those rose colored glasses that assume nothing will go wrong
some world you live in.... how far is it from the real world... or do you just get there by plungin the needle into your arm?
I did address it... I pointed out that overallotments are commonly shorted...
I'll tell you what... institutions commonly short a stock when they know a secondary is pending and they will receive shares to cover
They take advantage of the pre secondary hype and pop and sell it
This practice is Wall Street 101
The share price cannot be supported forever... and the higher it goes the more difficult it is to support...
The slightest hiccup at CQP will send these shares tumbling...
What would happen if CQP had to cut or suspend distributions to cover cost overruns at Sabine
They upped the amount of shares because of demand for the offering. That is not done unless demand is there. Do not be surprised if the overallotment is also taken up. All this shows that there is demand for the shares at $15.10 because people want the shares at this price.
You're a fool....
Don't you know how Wall Street Works?
The overallotment is taken by the underwriters who shorted those shares days earlier at higher prices locking in gains...
I don't get paid to sit in front of my computer all day and night to hype a POS...
BTW... they added in another 4 mil share of dilution... why'd the do that?
Why the need to call someone a punk when you're protected by the anonymity of your computer... only a real punk would do so
This stock is a kind which gives the gambling moniker to the markets.
The only returns this stock has produced is capital appreciation from speculators and speculation.
My disclosure is I don't own this stock, either by buying or selling short.
Thanks for the continuing chuckles, pumpers.
