Hot Off the Email....They use that controversal word called Milestones...I wonder why?

I'm sure the market won't price the completion of this milestone and will wait until the discounted free cash flow is computed before the price will change....because that's what happened with all previous milestones. The market prices the stock based on the completion of these milestones. How many of you make a buying decision solely based on discounted free cash flow? TSLA sits at $110+ because of DFCF--NO. TSLA moves on all sorts of news--including possible partnering with Google. Now on today's news!

Cheniere Partners Completes Financing and Commences Construction on Sabine Pass Liquefaction Trains 3 and 4, Purchases Creole Trail Pipeline‏

"We have completed all milestones to start construction on the first four liquefaction trains being developed by Sabine Liquefaction. Construction on Trains 1 and 2 commenced last August and is approximately 30% complete. Construction on Trains 3 and 4 will start immediately. First LNG is expected to be delivered by late 2015. Additionally, we expect to complete all of the required resource reports to file an application with the FERC by September 2013 for Trains 5 and 6," said Charif Souki, Chairman and CEO. "With all that we have accomplished in the last few years, I would particularly like to thank our employees for all of their hard work and efforts."

    • What a bunch of quacks!!! Milestones? if it was even stated? would only mean miles of stones exactly as pronounced! So to clear the way there are only stones! There not saying mile boulders! or mile of disease! or mile of disaster! so U get it quacks! there is just some stones in the way or they could of said nothing! neither of you on the board would no the difference any how since you know nothing of the actual income and profit of Cheniere Energy with the main factor being capacity storage, leasing, exportation!
      too bad ! i can't post any videos I got a good 1 for all u Quacks!

    • So seekingabrain247 where is the big jump in price resulting from that latest MILESTONE you posted about? Because I do not see it. What I see is Cheniere announcing that they have reached another point on the timeline of this long term project that has been in place and pretty well set for the last 6 months to a year. So when you started out your post with I'm sure the market won't price the completion of this milestone you may not have realized it at the time but you were right.

      • I guess you don't really follow the news like Ben and tapering, Nikkei, ISM number, and alike are all factors that contribute to the decline of practically everything for the last week, but more importantly the effect should not be measured from a "daily" basis but on a quarterly basis or if one wishes, price appreciation to the next milestone. Using your logic, you should attack the analysts as well when their cash flow predictions don't push the stock price immediately to their price targets. Give me a break.

    • What do you think would happen to share price if one of these milestones are failed to be met? It would get ugly! The absolute key remains "On Time On Budget"!

      • What would happen if one of these milestones fail to be met? That would not be good obviously. But to know what the effect would be the question that would have to be asked is what is it going to do to future cashflows? That is how the effect on a stock is quantified. Simply looking at whether milestones are met or not does not tell you the whole story. What you NEED to know is what the effect of such is going to be from a financial standpoint and most importantly future cashflows. While I do not expect you to understand this I am pointing it out for the benefit of those who have an IQ much higher than you and seekingabrain247 have.

    • The only one who doesn't understand the importance of meeting milestones and staying on time and on budget is the board idiot H_Y_S !

      • Do I have to explain it to you too mother.jones? While meeting milestones is important how stock prices and targets are quantified is by an analysis of the discounted future cashflows of the company. When seekingabrain247 and I were debating milestones vs discounted future cashflows it was in the context of price targets for the stock. But of course people like seekingabrain247 and you cannot comprehend such a concept due to your limited mental capacity. So it would be useless to explain it any further to either of you.

    • Sabine Pass Liquefaction, LLC ("Sabine Liquefaction"), a wholly owned subsidiary of Cheniere Partners, has closed on credit facilities totaling $5.9 billion, including a Term Loan A Credit Facility of $4.4 billion ("TLA Credit Facility") with a syndicate of 27 joint lead arranger banks and financial institutions and three additional credit facilities with Republic of Korea financial institutions, The Export-Import Bank of Korea (KEXIM) and Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-SURE), of $1.5 billion (the "ROK Credit Facilities" and collectively with the TLA Credit Facility, the "Liquefaction Credit Facilities"). These Liquefaction Credit Facilities complete the financings needed to fund the costs of developing, constructing and placing into service the first four liquefaction trains of the Liquefaction Project.
