no, you get break outs of one off versus recurring revenue all of the time. this company gets asked that question and their answer is at best murky. look, it would be great if they really are building out a true cloud product that is incrementally adding recurring revenue streams but you can't point to one acquisition that added a recurring customer base. they are very careful to mention all of the blue chips who have been customers, but never have they said Company X (Disney, GM, etc.) are existing customers. it all smacks of 1999 spin. but, hey, i am interested in this as a short because if it is in fact a bunch of baloney, the price is going down, hard.
you do realize that this company is run by a guy who is only works as a contractor out of an LLC registered in Dubai, right? as far as governance goes, this company leaves much to be desired. some potentially ugly things could come out of this one, that's why the price is down so much.
Siempredude, check out how many shares the CEO has in his name. If you ever have the opportunity to talk to him he might tell you his entire extended family is invested as well.
Some here will remember about a year ago Kaleil mentioned in an interview he would like to settle down and start a family. He admitted this schedule does not allow such a luxury at the moment. He is all about M&A and selling this project follows his career path.
There will be a payday at some point and my money is on 2012. He about said as much in the comments published this week.
Prague is an overhang no question, why do you think he is pulling the plug there. Probably more crooked than the Frankfurt exchange.
