Correct. KITD is an IBM reseller. that was Kaleil's big tell; that he made an art out of blending being a reseller with careful wording, that suggested they were in some kind of unique partnership. The other epic failure was the Company could never point to any intellectual property that differentiates them. Basically, what Kaleil did was to make a bunch of small money losing tech companies rich by redistributing KITD's shareholder resources on a lengthy series of really bad acquisitions. The sum of the parts in this case is worth much less. Big question is - and I highly doubt this will ever come to light - the money went somewhere.
