I don't know about Roir, but I have been following these clowns since early 2000s when the original company sold cigars and perfume on internet sites. Finally I've realized all they provide is false hope year after year. Meanwhile they get rich and shareholders just keep getting more false hope.
Also interesting is that co-founder Marc Siegal left the company years ago and if I remember correctly he sold his shares. What does that tell you?
As for the question on the other post. Many fraudulent companies have empty office space. It's one of the oldest tricks in the book.
