Investopedia (not familiar with it) noted 5 stocks that were beaten down and ready for reversal. Also, Thomson Financial noted the SEC filing of "greater than 5% ownership". Those are the two pieces of info I could find.
My guess is that a trader sold pre-market w/out a stop loss being initiated. With very few traders (or only those out for a quick somewhat unethical gain)selling pre-market there isn't much of a market to close the gap between the bid/ask large gaps that we're starting to see.
