For all the MORONS out there Bashing
Bashers and Morons:
ACTC will not have a " dilution ". If you read the proxy it clearly states an anti dilution agreement till the end of 2010 unless the prize and volume ( stated on the proxy not going to repeat ) meet which it's clear that it wont. Reverse split will not happen without our vote and Caldwell said it's not in the works.
It's clear that this company is trying to gain the institutional investors attention. They do not attempt to pump and dump, they do not put out bs pr to lift the pps and only rely on hard cold facts when they put news out. No scams here just plain and simple.
Caldwell stated that the IND will be filed this year, the OTC.BB is already on the works and they will be debt free pretty soon. Sure wait for a penny drop to start thinking about risking ur pennies, I'm buying now and will not regret it. The pps went from 1 cent to 29 with no actual news, facts or development. Now we have all 3 coming throughout this year.

Someone who is telling other people not to invest, because it's a scam, either 1) is not currently invested; or 2) should not be invested. If they are invested, obviously, they are an investor. If they only claim to be invested in a bad investment that they think is a scam, then there is seriously something wrong with their logic and I don't consider the person a credible investor to take advice from...
But hey, if you think people who invest in companies they already think are scams, and continue to invest in them so that they can chatter all day on a bulletin board that is dedicated to investors in that company are credible investors, I guess every moron has their opportunity to listen... -
Maybe you can share with us all your definition of an investor and those that pretend to be investors. What say you the so called quintessential investor non pretender? Some of the other points in this post are well taken. Remember i have read 90% of your posts.

You have to follow the talent. Just think if you had exchanged all your ACTC stock for btime when they were both about 30 cents. That was Fall 07 when West left ACT to go to Btim. Btim is now at $4.38. Is ACTC going to benefit from Btim success? Unfortunately, not so much.

Sold some ACTC to buy CVM-what a great ride. I'm out of CVM now and just tracking ACTC. Over 1 billion shres eh!!! Maybe, just maybe, some big moves to the big buyers w/that many shares IF they haven't been accumulating already.!!

Bashers are a good leading indicator. Over the last 12 months strong bashing has occured just prior to run ups. I say bring it, fools.

So there was no news when it went to .29? I guess the whole stem cell law thing and president obama don't count in your book? And no dilution?..........your post is at a minimum very questionable.........

Yep, another pumper. The info is commendable BUT also questionable. This stk has moved simply based on mm's buying/selling 10000++ share blks @ 1/10th penny moves. However, the 1.5 move yesterday is simply a profit move. There is NOTHING at this time to inspire me to buy/sell. I will hold 100.000 shares + but let's get down to reality-please.We need better "factual" discussions.
On 3/9 this stk was 14.5 and .23 on 6/23. All it has done was regress even on reasonable good news. It's time for a spike or we all experience "diminishing returns". Although your info is questionable, it is "positive hope" for all but I'm skeptical for now.
