Your link is appreciated. read all the info but this does not inspire me to go and buy these companies. I own stk in GERN and ACTC but I track the remaining as listed in the srticle. Information, good or bad, is always needed in order to cross-check other info. One wonders why investors are not breaking down the doors of ACTC. On the other hand one also wonders what ACTC has up their sleeves. I agree w/the one post-2010 will be interesting and critical to the survival of ACTC. It seems like everybody and their mothers uncle is into stem cells; the wave of the future and needs very careful scrutiny.
Great article, however I remember the bashers on this board taking shots at Dr West when he was with ACTC. When he left, ACTC went down and BTIM has been on the rise. ACTC is speculative stock, with fantastic potential which may not manifest for years. Yet, the Day Trading bashers want you to think this is a normal stock and should perform like one.
It is a fantastic stock for Day Traders. It is frequently in the news with mostly positive stories. Once ACTC rises a little on good news or potential good news they sell. They then bash it down as far as they can and buy some more. They repeat the cycle over and over. And with no product on the market to measure it by, some investors abandon the ship.
Those of us who understand the potential efficacy of the product realize it will not be measured by the number of outstanding shares. Though it would be nice with less shares. The bashers confuse investors about millions of shares which they are not measuring against the efficacy of the potential products. If the product works and is marketable it could be billions of shares and their would still be great value in the stock.
Dr Lanza is not going to intentionally tarnish his brand. Just remember your investment is in the future potential of ACTC. Hopefully, 2010 will put this complicated technology on an accelerated path by further simplifying it. GLTA
I agree with your post but I have a question that you or maybe someone on this board can answer. I understand that BTIM paid a million dollars and royalties for the purchase of ACTCellerate platform. Now my question is do we have anything to do with this sold platform. Are we licensing it from BTIM and what do we have that is just as good or even superior to this body of work? Appreciate your reply.
