And btw - it's better to have 13 employees who are well educated and know how to use their brain then some companies that employ 1000's of stupid and narrow minded people. Uhh, there is nothing worse than that!

1. Modern startups try not to have huge overhead and burn rates;
2. They do a lot of science via collaboration.
3. They have the top scientist in the field, as their chief scientist, so if you think he's going to threaten his reputation for a few penny shares fraudulently traded, then you're the biggest idiot I've actually ever read on YMB. Really, very few of the other bashers compare. You take the prize.
