Come on man - what kind of excuse is that? If you are a high ranking officer of a "great" company with "potential" you can be floated a loan on that basis alone if you have enough shares to show as collateral . . . You wouldn't sell those shares if you had any clue they could go up even 25% much less double now would you?
Yeah we all have bills to pay - but selling the assets you hold with "potential" great value is not what a person would do.
again - just my opinion - I know people hate when another rains on the parade but it's the way it looks to me.
The original poster is savvy enough to spot the sales and ask the question. Unless we hear from the seller of those shares (oh wait - that's right they don't talk to investors...) never mind.
Many explanations chicken little. Did you see the acquisition of 5 million shares before most recent sales?? All recent sales by same director. Maybe he is selling because he will be gone soon, and other party put his own money in so that shareholders are not passing out the cash; maybe they are looking out for shareholders and using thier own money to fund someone who is leaving for different opportunity..or other reason. Look at the whole picture and then make your conclusion. Just because one director is selling does not mean it is a run on the cash supply of this company, quite the contrary....more have been BOUGHT than sold!!!
What about 5 million acquisition? What have you done for the company besides buy a few stocks in hopes of giant profits so you can live like the director you are trying to demonize??? IF you are not part of the solution then you are part of the problem.
