Bain didn't just outsource, they ran many still profitable businesses into the ground extracting all of the value for investors and offshoring to make up the difference. Numerous of those companies ended up bankrupt because the new structure did not work. The notion that Bain was a good thing for anyone other than its investors is hogwash. It was a pure money making venture that destroyed communities for the sake of profits for 1% folks who also paid, as with Romney, very few taxes on that value extraction. It works well for owners who want to sell out and pay not taxes, but it screws existing communities in the process.
