You use Rabin's words as a source for information on the NIH .....wow..rather unsophisticated and naive...ever heard of a forward looking statement? I email the NIH every month for quite some time and usually get a generic you will know when we announce but occaisionally have got a little tidbit...but Rabin as a source? Ha ha ha
