Hi...I've been in ACTC for a long time, however, I did sell my position when it started the old R/S slide, but watched and read everything every day, belong to ICell and knew I would re-buy it either on news or when it got so oversold as to be ridiculous. Turns out those two things coincided to a degree last week. Re-entered under .06, but didn't buy enough to replace my old position, added some in the mid-07s on Friday because of the big move, and added some at .0835 this morning. Still not back to 100% position that I had, but for now, will not chase unless other clarification/news comes.

As for DD, be forewarned that looking at share structure and past financial deals, lawsuits, etc., you will probably be turned off. Then turn your DD to Dr. Lanza and all of the top-rated clinics involved with us, and you will have your answer, I think.

Always best NOT to chase, buy incrementally and only what you can truly afford to lose! Once the lawsuits are cleared up, I think things will be a lot more positive. The Sherley/Sebelius decision bodes well for the whole sector.

    Good luck to you!
