    Instant gratification

when I landscaped my main property 30 years ago , the choice was instant gratification with fast growing trees or special slow growing trees. While many around me are now cutting down their fast growing trees I enjoy and many will after me, the incredible beauty of the slow growing trees.

And beside this, similar trees ( oaks /palms) which got damaged on another property during the California fires ( around 30) were valued at 25000 Dollars each for insurance and lawsuit purpose.

The reward for slow growing and patience !!!

    My world view.
