    Is this correct information?

    over 2 billion float

only 2 phase 1 trials in progress to finish in mid 2013?

"settled" lawsuit no has to pay out $25 million in cash, stock and legal fees

possible reverse split pending to bring float to managable level

CEO compensated $1.14 million per year

Can somebody please explain how this will see $1.00 per share before reverse split?

It is really beyond me how a company with only 2 p1 trials in progress can have a market cap of over $2 billion dollars? Can anyone answer this question seriously?

    • Why would anyone explain an incredible company to a clown basher who shows up to keep the price down on good news. Your lawsuit settlement number is incorrect. Perhaps you should start again. This is not for you. Beat it.

      • If you don't want to or can't answer the question I ask fine, but if you really think my post has any effect whatsoever on the pps or volume you are nuts. If someone is buying or selling based on any message board post you they won't be missed. Are you really that insecure to think that anything I post would ever have cause anybody to sell? I don't think so.

      • Tell me please what makes it so incredible? What is going to bring the market cap to 2 billion dollars in P1 trials. How does it get to one dollar ? As many people believe this I am sure it's something I overlooked. What drive this stock up from here?

      • Your are right it's only $12.5. with a small portion in cash. I mistakingly added the breakdown to the total. You consider this a bash but this is the first time I really looked at the fundamentals. obviously you people are looking at partnership no later than the end of the P1.
That doesn't happen often but it does happen and it is usually for a large sum. From the outside looking in a rs to get the float to 500million would put the pps at 45 to 55 cent at todays levels. If there was no partner the only way to stay solvent is dilution again. Depending on the timeframe and the float would increase again. Dilution is normal it happens to most stocks and works to keep a preapproved bio solvent.

It just seems critical there is a partnership at the end of P1 I posted what I see in the fundamentals. Potential and momentum do factor in. The example fighter pilot gave is valid, but I doubt that company had a 2 billion float.

I'm sure ALL of you will take this as a bash. It's really not intended that was I just am very curious as to what I am missing or what new investors would see that indicates anything close to the daily predictions before a split.

The positive I am seeing is 35 parents 170 application. The drug is needed and has potential. Obama care may very well help stocks such as this. There is also a chance of unexpected good news.

You are right from what I see this stock is not for me. If stating actual facts and asking exactly what you people see that I do not is considered a bash then that should tell you a lot. If you don't want to answer my question by real curiosity that's reasonable and expected. If you can't answer my question then maybe this stock isn't for you either.
