    160 million market cap equates to

    A share price of .059. So when this gets to .06 it will once again be a buy until or if management asks for more shares to be authorized. Some are saying they might ask for another 500,000,000 shares in which case we would be looking at .05 per share if we stay at the same market cap. Of course with the continued success their tests are having and ending the SEC suit and such the market cap may go higher which would negate the above share price estimates. Still very risky investment but there may be a glimmer of light at the end of the tunnel. No rush to invest in this yet.

    • Eloquent way to say .05-.06 and that depends on the "terms" of SEC settlement-if we have to pay the full amount and immediately we'll hit .05 (hard)-if we pay off slowly and discounted-why such a large dilution? The $2.3 mil fees to settle were for much more work-it should be cheaper this time.
