Not giving any advice, just a question. Are you talking $50k or 50k shares. If shares and you sold at the .09 top last week and buy back at .0795 after commissions you picked up approx. $450 pretax. You willing to get caught out of this stock for $450 if/when major news is announced?
I still hold 275,000 shares @ 0.0777 .Once had 475,750 @ about 0.10, but sold at a loss and got back in in the low sevens and higher. Shifted some into cash and CUR @ $1.52, but caught a "falling knife" on CIG @ $10.22. Been never out of ACTC since late Dec. 2010, and plan to hold a long, long time, but, at 77, what's a long, long time? The 50K I sold last week, pales in comparison to the 300,000-400,000 some sold near the close, today.
I agree to a point, factsfood, I have no idea why people sell at such a small profit. Where you may disagree is I would not object to one who has 20k invested at 8 cents and it goes to 20 cents... That is a profit... But I myself am looking for 1,2 or 3 dollar stock... Then I would unload... If it were to shoot up to over a dollar in a day, and one sees it then falling, then I would suggest selling..
