Kry, sure Gary was impressive in his presentation on April 17, 2013, but the stock was at 7 cents then and is barely above 6 cents today, which says talk is cheap and results are all that count. And this I believe was before we found out about his Form 4 fiasco, which is still under investigation.
Now don't get me wrong, I want to believe that ACT has the cure for AMD & SMD, but their current CEO & Chairman is a shyster and they need to replace him.
PS: I own 245K shares of ACTC stock, and want to see them have the cure for these macular degeneration diseases, and not only for my own personal gain, but especially for those that have these diseases.
Chimp, your total Gary bias is on full display. You've tried to portray him as some fumbling, bumbling, Goober of an executive, yet the video clearly demonstrates his skills as a communicator. One of his jobs is to be able to translate the science talk for the investor community which he clearly has the ability to do.
As for your assertion about the Form 4 filings, this presentation was 2 days following the filing.
If talk is cheap like you state In your post why is it so important for to hear something from Gary. On an on about his blog and he put a statement. It would be just another chance to find something wrong . Glass is half empty? You call him a shyster every chance you get. You answered your question. The trails will do the talking and hopefully the big pharmas will agree.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Agree-if he's a snake, no one person is above the law. Prosecute him to the fullest extent possible is what he deserves, and rightfully should get, if the Judge find facts supporting a breach of fiduciary duty and GR broke the rules.
Great presentation, GR was spot on for knowing his info! Just wish he would have been spot on for his filings. And oversight on the business side. I truly think he might be the prob for why our ACTC pps didnt go straight up when the outstanding clinical news came out. Cant wait for Oct data results and hopefully stellar news.
