I would think that any Phd would not accept a job with a failing company or company with obvious financial difficulties that refuses to layout a believable plan to successfully recover their financial stability.
If there is such a Phd that was hired by ACTC without the sense to ask these questions then fire them immediately.
I personally, believe that the human capital at ACTC would have jumped ship without a credible plan.
After all, we are talking about humans with highly marketable skill sets even in a tight economy.

And the reasons for owning and holding this stock are essenially 2 fold:
1 - Dr Lanza, and his team of scientists
2 - Dr Langer, who is widely regarded for his contributions to medicine and biotechnology
But as far as I can tell the mangement team SUX's big time, as they keep on playing mum & dumb!
