you are correct about no reverse split necc if

in the peer review journal they make the claim that they have halted the disease in all of the patients , AT THE VERY LEAST, if that comes out and it will be soon they do not need to reverse , the stock will fly to many dollars very fast

    • I looked at yahoo at have market caps in the accounting for the outstanding shares, and it's 2.79 billion, and that's definitely a lot of shares. But there are other bios that have market caps in the 10s of billions of shares.

ACTC , even at $3.00 a share wouldn't exceed 10 billion dollars in market cap. I know that's putting the cart out in front of the horse, but I'm just bringing it up to concur that ACTC doesn't really have to do a reverse split to make it's way to the NASDAQ.

Shoot, look at SIRI. Market cap of 20 billion and change, and trading in the 3's.

    • I concur. If the TLD comes back with cohort 2a, that patients all or some disease is halted and got VC, Forget it. Game over!!! With the recent science news having been spectacular as of late. MS(mice), Better than bone marrow stem cells. Potency 30000 x greater and GA AMD, I believe it is all over as we type here How many NDAs are out there now?Tomorrow will just be a beginning to a new era of ACT. I sense BPs are pounding on the door and this getting interesting. The recent 383mm share give away definitely blows, but this was done back in the Bill Caldwell early days. Ted is getting is done and tomorrow we will get a little taste of some positive news. GLTA
