ACTC, BTX, & STEM all merge together to form a biotech super team. And why not? It has to be better than the place we're at now. And it's almost a given that if it did happen the ACT management team would be gone, which would be good riddance to bad rubbish.
From BTX March 2014 10K-
We have incurred operating losses since inception and we do not know if we will attain profitability
Our comprehensive net losses for the fiscal years ended December 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011 were $43,760,366, $21,362,524, and $17,535,587, respectively, and we had an accumulated deficit of $145,778,547, $101,895,712, and $80,470,009, as of December 31, 2013, 2012, and 2011, respectively.
We have incurred significant operating losses and negative cash flows since inception. We have not achieved profitability and may not be able to realize sufficient revenue to achieve or sustain profitability in the future. We have yet to develop any therapeutic products that have been approved for marketing, and we do not expect to become profitable within the next several years, but rather expect to incur additional and increasing operating losses.
Net Losses for the following years (2013) 26,439,000 (2012) 28,491,000 (2011) 25,244,000
Yep keepee, BTX and STEM are firing on all cylinders, look at their revenue streams! LMAO
keep, most of the incredible advances and incredible payoffs are going to come from ACT. There's no reason for ACT to let BTX and STEM in to get a share it. That would be like letting Red States expand Medicaid for their people at no cost to themselves.
Yeah, Elk, I keep hearing the same old song over and over again about ACT's potential payoff, but they've been in business 20 years, 9 years publically traded, yet not one revenue producting product out of them yet. How can that possibily be? I mean if they were a Charity that would be ok, but they're not, they are a business, who's business is to make money for themselves and their shareholders, but all they done is the first thing and at great expense of the shareholder. In a lot of places that would called acting like a scam or criminal enity.
