Dsr, apparently it is too much to ask of them. I am wondering where is the BOD is in all of this? Come on, it should not take 6 months to find a viable new CEO, thats if the company is serious about finding one, unless course they're not serious about it. And the only reason I can come up with on why they're not looking for a CEO, is because they're in talks with a big company regarding a buyout, merger, or partnership, and they already have the CEO picked out to run ACT. God, we can only hope and pray that this is true.
