Patient confirmed to have sight restored from 20/400 to 20/40.
Advanced Cell Technology has told investors that trial data has been presented for peer review.
A new and respected CEO has been hired to transition the company forward.
Past litigation and legacy issues have been settled.
Mr. Wotton was named as the 2014 Ernst and Young "Entrepreneur of the Year"
Robert Lanza, MD, has been selected for the 2014 TIME 100 annual list of the hundred most influential people in the world.
A recent statement found in In Vivo magazine quotes Dr. Matthew Vincent, Director of Corporate Development, as stating, "we have treated about thirty patients in this way... in over half of them we have seen improvement in vision, modest for some and spectacular for others."
ACTC has made a point to disclose on several occasions that no serious side effects or patient complications have occurred in trial study patients, evidenced by the approval to continue the trials from the Data Safety Monitoring Board.
I think it is becoming obvious that the 20/400 to 20/40 was the exception, still fanastic but not the big deal for ACT that we would like. I am becoming more resigned to the fact this investment is a bust and while some form of the company may very well survive it does not appear it will do much for todays shareholders. i thought we might expect .28 next year or $28.00 post split but now with the latest dilution that would be about .17 or $17.00. A nice return to be sure for folks coming on board in the next few months but for folks holding this the last several years not so much. Very depressing to say the least.

SEC Targets Corporate Insiders for Failing to Promptly Disclose Stock Transactions
posted on: Thursday, September 18, 2014
In a separate case announced by the SEC on the same date, a company was charged with violations of the reporting requirements under the Exchange Act and the antifraud provisions in the proxy rules under the Exchange Act as well as those under the Securities Act of 1933, as amended (Securities Act). The SEC charged the company, Advanced Cell Technology Inc., with making false and misleading statements regarding its CEO’s noncompliance with Section 16(a) reporting requirements. In particular, the company reported four late Form 4 filings by the CEO and other late filings by certain of its directors but made no disclosure about the CEO’s failure to report trading in the company’s common stock on 14 other trading days. The SEC deemed the company’s misstatements to be false and misleading, stating that “[t]here is a substantial likelihood that [the CEO’s] trades would have significant importance to the reasonable Advanced Cell investor given, among other things, his position as CEO, the frequency with which he was selling Advanced Cell stock, and his failures to comply with reporting requirements.”

Fred, good post.. In my opinion, and my prediction, ACTC will be breaking the ten cent ceiling by the end of August, with trial data results formally out. Once CNN gets the scoop and an interview with both Dr. Wotton and Dr. Lanza.. ( i.e. concerning the positive results), there should be no looking back. Good luck. Have a great day.
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Don't forget the most important one:
1. ACTC posted Mr. Wotton's picture on their web page....
Now we should rocket TOOOOOOOOOOOOO DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA MOOOOOOOOONNNNNNNN any day now.....
Sentiment: Strong Buy
Good recap but the reality is most informed shareholders have logged that information already and its reflected in the share price as well as outstanding stock.
The uptick will come as "revenue" get closer. The items which firm up revenue are the following:
1) ITLD in recognized journal
2) Phase II
3) Animal results at Tufts
4) Other program launch
5) Proven high volume manufacturing for SMD/AMD.
That's how I see it. Please add anything I've left out which cinches down the revenue stream timeline.
"and its reflected in the share price as well as outstanding stock."
Kry, what in hell are you looking at? Maybe you need to visit a optometrist? And while you're at it, vist a proctologist, too.
Kry I would contend that all informed shareholders have seen that information. I agree with everything else in your post. I like to post a "recap" every few days mainly to get a current basher count (today only 2) and to see what responses I can elicit from them. keepeee never fails to show up, it appears our other basher today thought it best to talk politics and livestock.
