I just bought in today at .73, but I've been checking out this board for awhile now. I am surprised that no one is discussing the possibility of a DIS buyout of COOL in the near future. With all the money that Disney is throwing to beefing up their interactive dept. An established publisher like COOL could greatly diversify their rev streams. Not only would they get the rights to first party titles like Zumba, but they could take COOL's publishing contracts to the next level through advertising on their TV stations, and using their marketing machine to turn so-so sellers into hits. Especially with COOL's emphasis on mobile and family games. #$%$ they could make a Cooking Mama cartoon, or a boy and his blob action figures. The possibilities are almost endless. Having a Disney connection through that Stephen Saiz guy, and the phineas and herb contract makes a deal like this feasible as well. I think it would be a great fit for both companies, and given COOL's low valuation, DIS could get it for a steal
What kind of premium could you want, even a 60M dollar offer would be what, about 1.50/ea, about 100% premium from where we are. If the choice is that, or let the market continue to plunge the share price, I'd take 1.50 any day.
