I have owned the 6-1-2016 Caesers bonds (old Harrahs bonds) since November 2006

They traded as low as 8 cents on the dollar..I paid 90 cents 8 years ago..I will hold until maturity..About 5 years ago they called and asked me if I would take 33 cents on the dollar..I hung up on him..They are currently trading at 85 cents

    • yes, u are the man!!

as a bond holder, u don't have to trade for nothing.

the legal term is simple: pay the interest when due, pay the principal when due.

only in bankruptcy court, they can alter the terms. However, it will wipe out all equity first before touch bond a hair.

all these talking of exchanging for stock is just nonsense!

of course, if they offer me full price on stock exchange, i may think about it. but i don't have to exchange for nothing.
