Next Slug of Imprelis Charges for Q1...$700 Million?, $1 Billion?

DuPont's Dishonestly Evasive Management So Far Has Refused To Say How Much The Big Federal Court Settlement Will Cost!

    THE SUNDAY SIZE-UP

Good Morning, Bonjour, Guten Tag, Buon Giorno,

Readers, DuPont's customarily secretive and evasive Management and their PR con artists have been largely successful in spinning and concealing the true massive cost of what is the largest, most costly new product failure in 21st century corporate America...Tree-killing Imprelis, which has decimated hundreds of thousands of mature trees across the nation and triggered tens of thousands of claims in various state and federal courts.

Attorneys for plaintiffs announced some months ago that settlement had been reached in one such lawsuit, a class action in the U. S. District Court for Eastern Pennsylvania. To date, DuPont's furtive leaders have kept investors in the dark as to the price tag of their HUGE consumer product fraud in this one legal case alone.

According to fine print footnotes in quarterly SEC filings, DuPont has disclosed it has charged earnings with $750 million for Imprelis claims, likely towering to $900 million. BUT these figures reflect only claims submitted to and paid directly by DuPont via the Company's stonewalling, slow-moving internal resolution process, and doesn’t include the class action lawsuit. So proclaimed to the media, DuPont Chief Financial Officer Nicholas FairlyRidikulis in a Jan. 22, 2013 interview.

When Tuesday, April 23 arrives, DuPont Management will issue a fluff-filled PRESS RELEASE trumpeting their Q1 2013 NON-GAAP numbers. Investors should comb through the tiny footnotes to see if any more information is released about the staggering cost of this colossal new product blunder. Thanks to the Gang Who Can't Innovate Straight hiding behind the thick walls of Fortress Wilmington under siege.

Merely THE SUNDAY SIZE-UP digitally penned by one individual investor and long-time student of the
    DuPlicitous DuPont in decline...funfun..
