I do not think of BTUI as a buyback candidate at all. I think they have a good plan and a fairly nice p/equity, but who would want to buy a company in the middle of a huge transition.
You don't change horses midstream, I think that is the conventional wisdom when it comes to buyouts. Maybe 3 years down the line, not any time soon. And yes, it was terribly inept to reschedule earnings on the eve on the planned date, idiots.
My only hope is that they made more money than they thought and wanted to beat estimates. That would be awesome. I did not buy anymore on this dip and I am holding at 11.50 so I am screwed either way.
