As an assistant manager for Big Lots, (interviewed for a 45hr. per week job), I get to work 50, 60, 70 hrs. per week...six and seven consecutive days...I just pulled 12 straight days with a 16 hour day in there...for the pay of 45hrs. You're OK with this company?
7 yrs with BL,from Css position to Assist. Str. Mgr.I am interested in speaking to any one about the "open door" policy with the company. Also the lawsuit I thought was supposed to be investigated company wide(for OT and manager hrs).Who is responsible to conduct this study? The current store mgr. and myself need answers but fear retailation from "higher ups",seems like there is nowhere to go.
Was just wanting to know. On this lawsuit, is it just for those in Texas and/or California. I am in another state and have I some good stories for you. Both when I was salery and now that I have been moved to hourly. Contact me, we need to talk.
What do you mean does your 401K count? Count for what????????? The lawsuit is for Managers that have worked within the last 3 years and were not paid for overtime. If you had them on the phone you should of asked them your questions, they can answer anything you need to know.
I talk to the lady yesterday. She said they would go national about it . I wonder does my 401K count . If you can answer some more of my question I would thank you so many times. Yes ! I speak german too!
Information that you were given is correct. Not sure why you haven't heard of it, maybe your boss doesn't want you to know :)
