Well if the shelf offering is not put out the shorts are screwed big time! Second, with them being a profitable company now, I suspect any shelf offering will be widely accepted! The first in line will be those who are short the stock! Andy knows this also!
No, that is not the truth again! You have a firm misunderstanding of proper accounting procedures! Actually if you look at the financials once again, you will see HMPR was in fact PROFITABLE and took extra money and socked it away just in case! Now they have a cushion on the books! The wrote the assets down as they should of as this was 12/31/2009! Now I know you can't be that stupid but apparently you are based on your lack of business and accounting knowledge! At this point the company many NOT have to raise any capital as they are earning there way back to prosperity! Now that will piss off the shorters! We shall see!!
