Even though these small buys are chump change to these guys it makes me feel like they are saying there is good news around the corner. Seems like industrials are starting to get en vogue w/ MM's. Imagine if this sector does what financials and housing stocks did last year. TEX is still the most undervalued stock in the sector IMHO. If Europe and Asia are really turning the corner that could really increase revenue in the coming years.
Insider buys /Sells will never make me sell or buy a stock
BUT, Insider sells always make me mad and insider buys always make me happy. I like it when executives believe in the company. At best they know something we don't know. At worst they will have more incentive to do their job well because their investment depends on it
Terex offers a 15% match on employee stock purchases. That's why so many of the execs buy a few shares every month. It is just deducted from their checks. They know they will come out ahead as long as the stock doesn't drop 15% before they have time to unload the shares. They're supposed to hold on to the shares for a year before selling...
