I was off by around 15 million shares on the potential shares outstanding. I thought maybe around 38 million but it looks like 53-54 million fully diluted. I sure hope this company knows what it is doing. They're on track to be a hundred million dollar market cap with the price never getting above 1. The hedging could hold the stock at 1 for a long, long, time. I'm not going to buy anymore. If it sells off and management resets their option exercise price then I would be extremely disappointed from an investor point of view. The only thing I now see is the positive trial results and that my friends is what we need...even if we don't make money investing with IMUC the payoff for the cancer patients is all worth it.
