Didn't this company have a gas station/convenience store?

JMHO! Maybe they need a another focus. What happen to all their new business ventures? Weren't these people associated with Homeland Integrated Security? Both of these companies are in the toliet. They give penny stocks a bad name. It's no wonder why people don't invest in these types of companies.

    • I find it curious that their telephone number in Asheville no longer works and there is no listing in Directory Assistance for "WatchIT Technologies."

    • LOL, Yes. Now they are in some other crap that you cannot get an answer on if you call them.

I got stuck with these shares because of Homeland Security-(HISU).
I recieved shares because of some combined effort, never saw anything think it ended up in court, not sure.

Anyway my shares of WTCT are restricted and they want to charge me all shorts of money to lift the restriction. Not worth it, would cost more than the shares are worth.

I really hope it just gets delisted and goes under.

Anyone who thinks of owning this needs to run away as fast as possible

      • They bought the rights to some "sports quizzing" program from Humware (also defunct after hyping WTCT and giving shares WTCT for the European rights to quizzing). This company was supposed to put up advertising marquees in retail and transport hubs advertising lost children AND products.

Never happened as far as I know, although there were supposed to be some "Beta-testing" (definitely a term of art in this context) marquees in the Kansas City area. HISC-Humware-WTCT-Big Apple Consulting seem to be a pump & dump enterprise built on smoke & mirrors. The money goes somewhere. Humware collected about $11 million off its IPO and subsequent stock sales. They hardly placed any servers anywhere despite the numerous press releases to the contrary.
