While the insider buying is impressive, it's only one man buying in his trust. Second, the float is enormous with 125 million shares out which makes it hard to move the stock especially since they have no earnings and small revenues. Third, the success and monetization of their test kits may be far off in the future. I am long a smal position to watch the stock in case, but just too much selling going on now to suggest a big move is imminent in the near future. Huge volume today and no movement to speak of, just churn. One positive is that is doesn't go down much with market swoons and the CEO has a very good track record. GLTA.
If you multiply your sentiment by the hundreds of analysts covering this sector who are negative on it/recommending shorting, then you can see why the stock has some trouble. The problem with your view is that it does not take the future into account at all-only the past to this point. If you look out a few years you will see a very well capitalized company with exploding revenues from multiple business lines and the profits that you mention IMHO
