U R kidding right??? Dr. Frost last buy was 1/15. Opko hit 4 new highs since that date. The relative small buys he makes does not move the stock, it does however reduce the float. I call them " relative small buys " because 50k shares at several price points a day, though large to me, is small as a percent of 1-3 million shares traded. So Dr. Frost stops buying and opko hits 4 new highs, maybe he should stay on the side lines.
So one year of buying almost everyday and it took the good DR. a whole year to get opk to a new high. Not the manipulative ability you think. The stock is up now, same as last time, on anticipated news. Last time the news did not materialize and the stock wallowed for a whole year, dang, Dr. Frost couldn't prop it up. This time around things look far more concrete.
