Should there be a greater concern now that PBTH is
way above the offered price for the merger? I have a lot of shares long here and whenever a stock goes above the price that was offered in a deal by the acquirer, it's a possible, I said possible trend that PBTH shareholders are looking for a higher price for the deal to go through. Can anyone tell me I'm wrong on this assumption? Please do if you have a professional debate on this. TIA
The offer price for PBTH is .99xx shares of OPK on the closing date - when the offer was made OPK was @ 7.05. IF OPK is $10 the that is the price - amazing how many "Investors" don't get this!!
JR. yeah, I guess you're right on that. It's a stock swap and the price of PBTH/OPK shouldn't matter. I just read again the deal and I see that. I don't know what I was thinking. duuuuuuhhhhh. Good going JR for reminding me. I'm just too much old school, GLTU & Chip on helping me out
