I called the FCC today about the SBC AI

What do you define as long term?

    I have a
stock in my portfolio that I purchased in 1973. Now
thats long term. It is still appreciating and therefore
    no reason to sell.

I normally say 5+ years is
long term. But some people (investors) use 6+

    What do you say?

I normally buy shares to hold
for 5+ years and therfore say I am a long termer. But
I also trade shares in the 6+ months

I have the luxury of holding my losing stocks for
long term turnarounds and taking my short term profits
    when appropriate.

    This does not always work,
    but it has for me.
