Fidelity and Federated - Big Buyers
I just went through the recently filed 13Gs.
Fidelity and Federated recently bought about 4 million shares. I assume they were the big buyers of stock from the pre-IPO investors who sold at $23.25 when the lockup expired.
They are both long term investors and "strong hands" who aren't going to trade the stock based on minor fluctuations in the stock price like a momentum hedge fund guy will.
