here is the news...once again the employees take a sucker punch. Instead of increasing the employee 401k match (bringing back to what it was) they decide to enrich the executives that get stock grants by giving them an added bonus of increased dividend. Good employees may soon be hitting the exits (as some already have) because this company no longer pay attention to them.

I am curious as well but they are webcasting the meeting, you can go online and follow it. Go to the paychex website to follow.

PAYX normally pays out dividend to shareholders of record on November 1st and they seem to be a couple of weeks late on the declaration. Maybe just announce during the meeting I figure, but maybe something is up.
