I've been following VELT today and noticed there have been quite a few trades on the hundredths of a cent. Usually I see this when institutional owners start moving in... do you think this is the case for VELT?
Also, is it possible to find a *daily* record of institutional transactions? Everything I see on Nasdaq's site are filings from Sept. 30
