Could the CEO & CFO be working for Short Sellers? Planted? Read this

I had read that criminal Raj Rajaratnam hedge / mutual fund guy one time was planning on planting CEO at IBM. So anything is possible. We know some hedge fund has huge short position on Velti (May be they covered today who knows) so it well could be possible that CEO is bribed and/or new CFO is planted. You just never know given the white collar crimes that we hear on wallstreet. Otherwise how in the world a 25 yrs experienced CFO do something that he would have known would give a huge hair cut wiping company's value by over $100 mln in a day. SEC needs to look into the trades on VELT for last 6 months as lot of things appear to be very fishy. I have my doubts although I hope I am wrong imho
