Surprised to see neither FB or GOOG or MSFT or AOL hasn't approached for buyout given the company's valuation has dropped nearly $800 mln in the last 3 months. Nothing really has changed as for business growth & future prospects. Who knows may be they have been approached but given the outrageously low valuation I doubt if management may have shown any interest. But if GOOG or FB really want this one they could offer 100% premium which may make it hard for investors to reject currently. Any thoughts folks? Personally I don't want to see any buyout under $25/share. We need some new exciting announcements.
Bull, I am long but where did you get your numbers..."valuation dropped $800mln". Price has dropped from ~6.8 to ~4 or ~40%, so market cap is now $250 mln wich is 60% of $400 mln, so with my math, market cap has dropped ~$150 mln.
