Jeff Ross was CFO for 5 yrs at Sybase until it got acquired for $6.8 billion by SAP. I and we all need to see some respect for him. Obviously he must know what's going on and has an action plan as I have noticed some of his swift actions. Few we didn't like but some like settling with Augme on patent infringement lawsuit and how cross licensing between two companies patent portfolio is signed makes me think this guy knows what he is doing. New interim COO and new CFO should steer this company in the right direction with fiscal responsibility.
I may have bashed this CFO actions but more I understand his background and actions, I am starting to believe this company's stock will rise to $5 - $10 - $15 this year. Handling a $125 mln company should be piece of cake for someone that handled $5+ bln company for years imho
He needs some time to fix the mess and put this company on a strong path with fiscal discipline. He is no magician but a guy with solid 25 yrs of accounting expertise and years managing over $5 billion company like Sybase as its CFO. I am sure that in next 2 qtr this company will have so many changes that it will look so different and stock be much higher than today's joke price.
