I am thinking of buying shares at $1.50.
Do you think I should buy as many shares I can at $1.50.
I knew another company that did a private placement of shares at $1.25 and the stock rallied above $5.
I want to buy a lot of shares now that the bankruptcy scare is over. Can anyone tell me what price makes sense. I will put a buy order for 50,000 shares.
Yes! Buy all you can. Refi your trailer! Sell your go-cart! Pull down cash on your credit card! Borrow money from mom and dad!
AND BUY VELTI!
They now have about $10MM cash! And they only owe $30MM to HSBC and are operating on a waiver due to their debt covenant breach! It takes them only 1 year (!) to collect recievables! And they do business in one of the most over-hyped sectors since 1999! And if they miss sales projections by only a few % points, they'll need more cash - again! And the stock is trading at all time lows! In a bull market!
YES! Buy with both hands - you fool.
you made me vomit all night, and my underpants are soiled from your scary doom and gloom.
Immediately contact Fidelity and let them know what you know about Velti because they just loaded up on more shares: 800-FIDELITY. (800-343-3548)
Discovery Group is also a big buyer. You need to contact them and let them know you expert opinions on Velti. Contact Daniel J. Donoghue, Managing Partner at (312) 265-9604
new investors who buy on the cash raise around $1.50 will double or triple their money.
Historic shareholders need to start averaging down on the news as these new Institutional investors will likely create a bullish move higher from here.
I wouldn't be so sure about that. Anything can happen. I play the MREIT stocks and they do S.O all the time. (ARR,AGNC and just recently RSO ). I usually buy them a few days after they do a S.O at which time the stock price is at or below the price of the offering. ARR has yet to rebound from their last offering.
Yesterday, I commented that I would buy more shares of VELT at $1.53. I was off by just a few pennies this morning. I'm thinking VELT will re-test today's intra-day low later this afternoon. I hope I'm wrong. The good news is we finally got the 600lb gorilla off our back.
because those "others" are an institution or accredited investor basically agreeing to lend the company $25MM for that boatload of shares. If you think you can get it at the same price for lets say $25K or less, good luck, it wont happen...now the price of the stock could drop that low, i am not saying that to all who replied here, i am just saying the investor made a deal at a discount because they believe they are going to make a decent profit. GL 2 all.
