This is like a broken record but here is the May B shares acitivty report: 2.3 mil offered for sale in May. No buyers. YTD 9.4 mil offered, 2,480 purchased YTD. It would appear Terry didn't do any buying in May using the employee discount, in spite of his strong buy recommendation.
It is impossible for any company to create more shares out of thin air and against SEC rules. Therefore they must use them from the 8.5 million shares pool then have. Already created in the IPO. No one other than the company has ever owned these shares. When employees buys the "B" shares at the 10% discount, that pool should be reduced by whatever amount is purchased by all employee's who utilize this option. If they did create more "A, B or even C" shares it would have to follow strict SEC guidelines, pay fees, etc, every time they did so. Creating more shares would lower the value of the stock. AS a shareholder, the value, I hope is something they are trying to increase.
