    Be Careful With OTCBB Stocks

I used to dabble in OTCBB stocks.

The thing is: why do you want to bother with them when you can get a higher quality security on NASDAQ with Tute support?
There is good reason why Tutes won't buy them.

Out of all the DOZENS of OTCBB I've followed, most of them dry up & blow away.

Good luck, you will need it. For a high risk trade, trading the spread & news spikes is fine, to invest, go to NASD or listed.

The best time to invest in a OTCBB stock is when they have been approved for NASDAQ & will BE LEAVING the OTCBB.

Know this, don't bother with a company that a negative balance sheet, they will always be looking for money & are always close to bankruptcy. Study finance 101.

Most of these OTCBB companies suckers in novice "investors" so they can fund their little dinky companies that don't qualify for the big leagues.
