I don't know your Pascoe, but you SOMX shareholders have probably just jumped from the proverbial frying pan into the fire. "Coop" is a slickster who was a sales rep with a little family-owned DESI pharma company in Louisiana called Zyber a few years ago. He convinced the owners that he could make them some big bucks, so they gave him a slice of the pie and the wheel. To his credit, he has created a lot of value for that cadre of investors as well as the shareholders of the shell real-estate company that he reverse-merged into to get the company public -- new name, "Pernix". He's got some I/B contacts and slippery trade guys he picked up in the Macoven acquisition that have helped him cobble together some deals to make PTX look like a real company. He can do deals, but he is no operator -- couldn't run a fruit stand.
