This selloff is all about Steve Jobs!
If cancer is back, we (longs) are in serious trouble. Someone knows something. This will not be dropping like this if he only had the bug. My guess is that Apple lied about Steve's health and that he is consulting doctors. Just a guess, but considering this drop, it may very well be true.

Apple spokesperson said Jobs has a "common bug" and is on antibiotics.

sad, yes... i've been a watcher of steve for over 30 years, and i can CONFIRM without a doubt he is much sicker than we all assume.
his weight has dropped significantly in the last 4 years, he's down to 160 or less.
it's not a "common bug", let's be serious for a moment... if so... we'd all be paper thin...
steve IS a fighter, and probably the most brilliant mind that has ever lived in modern times, yep! up there with einstein and the like...
just wished everyone knew what happened to his father, then we'd have some inclination to his fate... but as far as i know that is still a mystery.

I do believe there is more to the story than whats being reported,but in all fairness to Steve, and AAPL shareholders,
this is completely unwaranted!!

if there was something wrong and anyone who is considered an "insider" made comments which were not true regarding any key executive the company would be held liable for all damages - think about it
