I've had my storm replaced two times with my service provider under warranty after the phone repeatedly crashed.
The simple fix suggested by my service provider when the replacement device they handed me at the store had glitches scrolling on the screen: "Just take the battery out of the back and restart it".
The phone regularly drops my calls. The camera takes unpredictable times to take a picture, and when it finally does take one, it's often blurry and the device is often unable to e-mail the photos after they're taken. The music player stops whenever I get an e-mail. The App World store "apps" are often just shortcuts to mobile web sites that take forever to search for and download. I had unlimited data but canceled it because it would never properly stream youtube video. The alarm clock may or may not work depending on if the media card somehow crashes. And the internet browser takes so long to use, I don't bother using it for anything beyond mobile web sites.
